pMBP-C载体简介:

 pMBP-C 表达载体采用 E.coli tac 启动子和胞内可溶性麦芽糖结合蛋白(maltose binding protein),同时选用凝血酶切割位点并在 C端添加6 个His便于采用 chelating sepharose 亲和层析纯化目标蛋白。该表达系统在 Medline 里有大量背景文献参考。它通过 MBP胞内融合表达,表达产物可占菌体的 20%-30%,可形成可溶性蛋白,也可形成包涵体。融合蛋白还可以通过 Amylose 亲和层析纯化。
