pSicoR PGK puro载体允许条件控制(通过Cre-LoxP), 稳定表达shRNAs,能够RNA干扰细胞和转基因小鼠的基因表达。Cre序列的加入能够使shRNA关闭表达。shRNA编码寡核苷序列可以通过HpaI和XhoI限制性内切酶位点插入载体。
