The pFastBac HT vector is supplied with the multiple cloning site in three reading frames (A, B, and C) to facilitate cloning your gene of interest in frame with the N-terminal 6xHis tag.

• Strong polyhedrin (PH) promoter for high-level protein expression.
• N-terminal 6xHis tag for purification of recombinant fusion proteins using metal-chelating resin and a TEV protease cleavage site for removal of the 6xHis tag following protein purification.
• Vector supplied in 3 reading frames for simplified cloning.
